Zhejiang Shengang Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. is a private shipbuilding company, located at the south bank of Xiangshan Port, a famous deep water port in Ningbo Zhejiang. It is the member of Ship Industry Association (Ningbo) and Ship Industry Association (Xiangshan), with self-run import & export authority. The company mainly builds classified ships and exported ships, including general cargo ships, bulk carriers, multi-purpose container ships, chemical tankers, engineering vessels, etc. We have grown a lot since the establishment in 2008, thanks to the hardworking of all staff and the support of all friends.
The company has strong technical support, advanced and complete equipments and facilities. In order to get familiar with international advanced shipbuilding workmanship, we employed Mr. Wu Xianfa (Senior engineer of Jiangnan Shipbuilding Group, professor of engineering, State Council Expert with Special Allowance) as General Engineer.
The main production facilities includes: one 50000 tonnage slipway (equipped with gantry crane of 200 T), one 60000 tonnage dry dock, three outfitting wharfs (180m, 76m and 60m), two floating wharfs, three portal cranes of 45T, 25T & 15T, 100T platform truck, 600 ton gantry hydraulic presser, 400 ton oil presser, plasma cutting machine, NC cutting machine, plate shearing machine, plate presser, plate bending machine, frame cold forming machine, plate rolling machine, high efficiency blasting machine, high pressure coating machine, kinds of welding machines, manufacturing equipments and inspection equipments. We have an power substation of 3000kW capacity. The annual shipbuilding capacity is about 300,000 ton.
